  Lou is admitted to practice law in the New Jersey Courts, U.S. District Court and U.S. Supreme Court. He graduated from the University of Maryland with High Honors and was selected to the Kappa Tau Alpha National Scholastic Honorary. He is a graduate of Widener University Law School and, received a Certificate in International law from the prestigious Institut Catholique, Paris, France. Lou is a highly experienced trial lawyer, with extensive international experience in Russia, China, Europe, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. His areas of concentration are personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and representation of minors who have been the victims of sexual assault by teachers, coaches, supervisors/adults. Additionally, he represents financial institutions and corporations in their business affairs and litigation, and has extensive experience in the area of debt collection, foreclosure, fraud and loan restructuring. He also represents professional athletes in compensation claims for injuries sustained during their careers, as well as in their personal matters. Lou’s background includes being a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Orange, former member of the Fleet Bank Advisory Committee, a member of the American Bar Association, Trial Lawyers Association (NJAJPI) and Warren County Bar Association. He also chaired the formation of the Warren County Community Dispute Resolution Committee.

Lou was named to Who’s Who in American Law, received a distinguished service award by the Italian Consul General, was honored by the Allamuchy Twp. Board of Education for his service to the children of the community and, was appointed by Gov. Brereton C. Jones to Order of Kentucky Colonel.
